  • You must present confirmation voucher at check-in
  • Booking is complete only upon receipt of confirmation

7. CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS

    Non-Refundable:

    • No refund for cancellation

    • Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and fees

    8.3 Special Requests
    • Special requests (early check-in, adjoining rooms, high floor, etc.) are not guaranteed
    • Requests are forwarded to properties but subject to availability
    • Properties cannot be held liable for unfulfilled requests

9. PROPERTY RESPONSIBILITIES

9.1 Our Role

Golden Travel acts as an intermediary between you and the property:

  • We facilitate bookings but do not own or operate properties
  • Properties are responsible for providing the accommodation
  • We are not liable for property services, conditions, or conduct
9.2 Property Standards
  • Property descriptions, photos, and amenities are provided by properties
  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy
  • Actual conditions may vary from descriptions
  • Properties are responsible for maintaining standards
9.3 Issues at Property

If you experience issues:

  1. Report to property reception immediately
  2. Allow property opportunity to resolve
  3. Document issue with photos if relevant

10. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

10.1 Conduct
You agree to:
  • Behave respectfully toward property staff and other guests
  • Comply with property rules and local laws
  • Pay for damages or excessive cleaning caused by you
  • Not engage in illegal activities
  • Not disturb other guests
10.2 Prohibited Activities
You may not:
  • Make fraudulent bookings
  • Use stolen payment methods
  • Provide false information
  • Resell bookings for profit

11. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND REQUIREMENTS

    is owned by Golden Travel or our licensors and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

    You may NOT:
    • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content
    • Create derivative works
    • Use our content for commercial purposes
    • Use automated tools to scrape data

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
  • We provide booking services on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • We are not liable for property services, conditions, or experiences
  • We are not liable for travel disruptions, cancellations, or delays
16.2 Indirect Damages
We are not liable for:
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Lost profits or revenue
  • Loss of data or business
  • Personal injury or property damage at properties
  • Acts of God, natural disasters, or force majeure events
16.3 Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected booking.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golden Travel, RDL UNITED LLP, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your use of our services
  • Your conduct at properties
  • Fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Violation of third-party rights

18. FORCE MAJEURE

  • We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

    • Natural disasters (earthquakes, hurricanes, floods)
    • War, terrorism, or civil unrest
    • Pandemics or health emergencies
    • Government actions or travel restrictions
    • Technical failures or cyber attacks

19. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

19.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

19.2 Dispute Process

Before commencing formal legal proceedings, the parties shall:

  1. Contact the support team in writing to seek resolution of the issue;
  2. Allow a period of 30 (thirty) days for good-faith negotiations and resolution attempts;
  3. If the matter remains unresolved, the parties may agree to submit the dispute to mediation in England and Wales in accordance with applicable UK mediation procedures.
19.3 Jurisdiction

If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation or mediation, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

19.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions or collective proceedings.

If you are a consumer resident in a country with mandatory consumer protection provisions, such provisions may apply in addition to or instead of the foregoing.
